Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp flavoring

Procedure

  1. Put the egg white, sugar, and water in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Place over boiling water and beat with a rotary egg beater seven minutes.
  3. Then add baking powder and flavoring.
  4. Remove from heat and beat until thick.
  5. Spread in swirls over cake.
