- 5 ea. 3-ounce salmon steaks
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 2 tsp black pepper
Procedure
- Combine the oil, vinegar, rosemary, and pepper. Add salmon steaks, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Place the steaks on a hot grill, cooking on each side for 3 minutes until flaky.
