  • 5 ea. 3-ounce salmon steaks
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Procedure

  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, rosemary, and pepper. Add salmon steaks, and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Place the steaks on a hot grill, cooking on each side for 3 minutes until flaky.
