Prime Rib Seasoning Recipe

Texas cuisine This seasoning will elevate your rib roast to steakhouse quality. It also works well on steaks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup celery seed
  • ¼ cup salt
  • ½ cup coarsely ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup coarsely ground coriander seed
  • 2 tsp mesquite smoke powder
  • ¼ cup chipotle powder

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container with a shaker lid.
