Barbecue Chicken Rub Recipe

Use this rub on chicken. Heck, it's even good on homemade chips!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • ¼ cup () salt
  • ¼ cup () dry mustard powder
  • ¼ cup () lemon pepper
  • ¼ cup () dried rosemary
  • ¾ cup () turbinado or light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup () cayenne pepper

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container.
