Balsamic Dressing Recipe

Balsamic vinegar adds a tangy sweetness that complements the rich, fruity, buttery flavor of extra-virgin olive oil.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
- Assorted salad greens
Procedure
- Whisk together vinegar and seasonings.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- Serve over assorted salad greens.
