Salty (Namkin) Lassi Recipe

Lassi are yogurt-based beverages in either sweet or salted flavors. The most common flavors include mango, rose water, and plain sugar-sweetened lassi.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) yogurt
- 3 cups (750 ml) cold water
- Fresh green chile peppers (quantity according to taste), chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and ground
- 3 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (250 ml) crushed ice
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and continue blending until frothy.
