Habas con Jamon (Broad Beans with Ham) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g broad beans (fresh or canned)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 strips of ham or bacon (or vegetarian bacon)
  • Olive oil

Procedure

  1. Fry onions and ham in a pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Add the broad beans and sauté for a few minutes until the beans are soft.
  3. Serve hot.
