Habas con Jamon (Broad Beans with Ham) Recipe

Ingredients
- 300 g broad beans (fresh or canned)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 strips of ham or bacon (or vegetarian bacon)
- Olive oil
Procedure
- Fry onions and ham in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Add the broad beans and sauté for a few minutes until the beans are soft.
- Serve hot.
